Bill email connections
Connect an inbox once so Mainbeam can look for likely household bills and send supported attachments into the same Needs review workflow you already tested. Mainbeam does not ask for or store your email password.
Checking mailbox connections…
Read only. Mainbeam does not send, delete, or modify email. Supported bill attachments may be sent to bill extraction. If a message looks like a bill but has no supported attachment, Mainbeam may send only sanitized, minimized message text for bill extraction. Raw email body/HTML is not saved in the bill review record.
Data & backup
Your saved records sync automatically when cross-device storage is available. Most people won't need the controls below during normal use.
Download a personal portability copy or restore one later. Original photos and documents remain handled by Mainbeam cross-device storage.
Full household recovery
Owner only. Download the household records and original files currently saved to the server. Keep the downloaded file private: it contains your home's information. Connections and account access are excluded.
Supports up to 1 GiB of original files. Device-only files must finish syncing first. Keep this app open until the download or restore finishes. Restore adds missing data and keeps identical data; conflicting newer data is never overwritten.
