MainBeam Home Terms of Use

MainBeam Home is operated by Nemky Holdings LLC. These terms cover its small, free, invitation-only home-record beta. Contact support@mainbeamhome.com for product, access or privacy requests.

Access and permitted use

The beta is intended for adults with permission to manage the information they supply. Each initial household has one Owner account. Household access requires an activated membership and is not proof of legal property ownership. Do not share credentials, access another household without authority, bypass safeguards or upload material you do not have the right to use. Self-service family administration and ownership transfer are not offered in V1.

Your records and AI assistance

You retain your rights in your household content. You authorize us and the service providers described in the privacy notice to process it as needed to provide, secure and support MainBeam. Feedback may inform improvements; it does not give us ownership of your household records or originals.

AI extraction, research, troubleshooting and project guidance may be incomplete or incorrect. Review source material and proposed facts before relying on them. Entering a complete home address or selecting files can trigger AI processing before Save; asset Research can run automatically after saving. See the privacy notice for provider and web-search processing. MainBeam is not a building inspection, emergency service, professional qualification or guarantee of a contractor's work.

Repair safety

Follow manufacturer instructions and applicable safety requirements. Use qualified professionals for work beyond your training, especially electrical, gas, structural, roofing, major plumbing and fire/life-safety work. Do not use MainBeam to bypass safety devices. For an immediate hazard, use appropriate local emergency services rather than waiting for MainBeam or support.

Free beta scope

Currently available troubleshooting remains included in the free beta. There is no Repair Pass checkout or paid troubleshooting offer. Bills and mailbox automation are excluded from the external V1 interface, and MainBeam does not initiate payments. Preserved household bill records remain subject to the privacy notice. Any future paid offer needs separate disclosure and your affirmative agreement.

Google Street View

When enabled, Google Street View can display an address-based image, including before Save. Uploaded home photos take priority; Street View imagery is not stored as household evidence. See the privacy notice for provider and external-image processing.

Availability, backups and recovery

This is development software provided for evaluation on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Features can change or become unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accurate AI output, complete history or recovery from every incident. Keep independent copies of important originals; do not use the beta as the sole repository for irreplaceable documents.

Use export and recovery tools within their stated limits. A failed save is not proof of durable storage. A household archive does not include sign-in or membership authority and cannot prove ownership. Recovery requires verified identity and current household authority; old backups or claimed email ownership do not override revoked access. Some loss-of-access incidents may remain blocked while evidence is checked.

Privacy, support and third parties

Our privacy notice describes provider processing, retention limits and request options. Support is available by email as capacity permits, not continuously or with a guaranteed response time. Send only the information needed for your request; do not email credentials or recovery codes. Provider services and external websites have their own terms and practices.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the beta changes, with notice or consent where required. Material changes do not retroactively authorize undisclosed data uses. Nothing in these terms waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Questions or requests: support@mainbeamhome.com.
